I am a Radio astronomer (French national) and Member of EU commission Councillors & HORIZON-MSCA team of Scientific Experts working at CNRS/Laboratoire Univers et Particules de Montpellier (LUPM)with Teaching duties at University of Lyon and Chair of IAU Women in Astronomy Working Group at International Astronomical Union
Research Interest:
Cluster of galaxies, Bright cluster galaxy, Distant Universe, Lensing, SZ effect, Dark Matter, distant radio emitting galaxies, Star Forming galaxies, AGNs, variability in radio jets, observational astronomy, Instrumentation Science Projects (ongoing): using data from GMRT, NRT, NenuFAR, LOFAR, VLA, WSRT, EVN, IRAM, SKA, HST, MUSE -Science and Commissioning with NenuFAR- French SKA Pathfinder (For recent results- refer publication list) -Non thermal emission in large scale structures (Galaxy clusters and Giant radio galaxies) of the Universe and their multi wavelength (X-ray, Optical, IR) properties -HI & CO observations of galaxies -Low frequency emission in AGNs and their optical hosts, classification, SFR -Variability in radio jets -Evolutionary Map of the Universe (EMU) - Australian SKA Pathfinder (ASKAP) PI and Consortium Membership: LOFAR Continuum survey on Cluster of galaxies and AGNs LOFAR MSSS survey on Cluster of galaxies and AGNs LOFAR-WEAVE survey ASKAP Continuum and WALLABY-HI survey SKA Continuum survey on Cluster of galaxies and AGNs and SKA VLBI IRAM suvery on Cluster of galaxies NRT HI survey on Clusters of galaxies GMRT HI and Continuum survey on Clusters of galaxies and AGNs Teaching and student projects: I give Bachelor's level courses (in French and English!) on Astronomy and Astrophysics, Scientific English, Optics, Classical Mechanics, Thermodynamics at University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and regularly offer research projects to graduate students.
